2. SCHENECTADY MUNICIPAL HOUSING AUTHORITY
Lincoln Homes - Conversion of 6 senior
apartments to handicap units Ten Eyck Apartments- Conversion of 24
senior apartments to handicap units Schonowee Village - Conversion of 3
senior apartments to handicap units Administrative Offices - Conversion of
offices, public lobbies and bathrooms
for Handicap accessibility.
3. AMSTERDAM HOUSING AUTHORITY
New Amsterdam Apartments Hi-Rise -
conversion of 6 senior units to handicap
units New Amsterdam Apartments Low-Rise -
conversion of 4 family units to handicap

HUD funded Comprehensive Needs
Assessment of existing 12 unit building
currently providing housing to the

included prioritized list of recommended
work items, cost estimates, and funding
alternatives.

Renovations to the Petersburgh Town Hall
