The firm of Dave Sadowsky, Architect P.C. has provided professional architectural services on over 400 projects over the past twenty four years, under numerous Federal and State funded programs for various area municipalities

1. CITY OF SCHENECTADY- 2007 / 2012: LEEDS Platinum / Gold
prototype scattered site, universally designed multi unit affordable housing development, Phases 1 and 2 include 14 Homes.- 2006 1.5 million Capital Improvement project including sidewalks, paving, tree planting, lighting, street stamping, and neighborhood entry pilasters / arch.

2. CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM A&E SERVICES 1992 - 2005 
Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority

Contracted to provide full architectural services for multiple projects at the various SMHA Senior and Family housing developments including a new Senior Citizen Community Center / Administrative offices, and a new 2.8 million dollar Family Investment Center Campus , Community Centers, Day Care Centers, Human Service Support Facilities at Steinmetz and Yates Village Housing Developments, along w/ numerous residential renovation interior and exterior projects.

3. COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, CIAP 1987 - 1991
Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority, Schenectady, NY

Cost: $21 million.
This work involves feasibility studies, design services, and construction services on + 150 different projects ranging in size from $15,000 to 3.0 million. Fees range from 6% to 10% depending on complexity, contract size, and repetition of work. Hourly reimbursement for consulting extra services is also utilized. Contracts involve renovations, additions, handicap modifications, roof/canopy modifications, new administrative offices, several new community centers, day care facilities, energy conservation, and new construction to + 1,000 units of family and senior housing at 7 sites in the City of Schenectady.

4. COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, CIAP 1984-1992
Amsterdam Housing Authority, Amsterdam, NY

Cost: $3.5 million.
This work involved feasibility studies, design services, and construction services on +60 different projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $300,000. Fees range from 6% to 10% depending on complexity, contract size, and repetition of work. Hourly reimbursement for consulting extra services is also utilized. Contracts involve renovations, additions, new administrative office, handicap modifications, energy conservation, and new construction to + 250 units of family and senior housing at 3 sites in the City of Amsterdam.

5. COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, CIAP 1987- 1989
Town of Hoosick Housing Authority, Hoosick Falls, NY.

This work involved feasibility studies, design services, and construction services on + 8 different contracts ranging in size from $10,000 to $100,000. Fees ranged from 6% to 10% depending on complexity, contract size, and repetition of work. Hourly reimbursement for consulting extra services was also utilized. Contracts involved renovations,additions, handicap modifications, energy conservation, and new construction to +25 units of family and senior housing at 1 site in Hoosick Falls, NY.

6. RENOVATIONS TO THE TOWN OF GRAFTON TOWN HALL 2008-2009
Renovations include interior renovations, and design modifications to accommodate Americans with Disability Act compliant bathrooms, access, assembly space renovations.

Renovations include interior renovations, and design modifications to accommodate Americans with Disability Act compliant bathrooms, HANDICAP LIFT access.8. 9. RENOVATIONS TO THE TOWN OF PETERSBURGH VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL 2009
​Renovations to existing 1944 structure including interior renovations, design modifications to accommodateAmericans with Disability Act compliant bathrooms, new kitchen, Handicap access, acoustic treatment to activity space, new multi-use space floor system, new HVAC, insulation .

10. SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER,
GRAFTON, New York

Design of a new 4,000 square foot Community Center for the Town of Grafton, including a full commercial Kitchen designed to serve 100 meals / day to area Seniors. Design incorporated adaptive re-use of existing historic barbershop.

11. TOWN OF EASTON TOWN HALL
​Feasibility study including funding opportunities for relocation of existing Town Hall Facilities to new larger facility

12. DOWNTOWN SCHENECTADY IMPROVEMENT CORP (DSIC) 2007 – 2011
Provided Architectural Design Services in Downtown Schenectady in implementing their Façade Improvement Program. Work included façade improvements to numerous small commercial businesses.
