New 55 child daycare center administered
by the Schenectady YWCA. Project
includes classrooms, kitchen facilities,
office space, and exterior playground.
3. FAMILY INVESTMENT CENTER CAMPUS

Feasibility Study, Funding proposal,
Complete Architectural Services for a
new two storey facility including
remedial education classrooms, adult
education classrooms, computor learning
center, commercial kitchen facilities,
indoor recreation space, and human
service office space.
4. STEINMETZ YWCA DAYCARE CENTER

Adaptive Re-use of existing maintenance
garage to a new 50 child daycare center
administered by the Schenectady YWCA.

NEW YORK. Adaptive Re-use of existing community
center to a new Boys and Girl's Club
facility. Project includes classrooms,
computor learning center, cooking
learning center, office facilities, and
indoor recreational space.
6. GIRLS’ INC. HEAD-START PROGRAM

Study and plans to convert existing
space in the existing Girl’s Inc
building to a D.S.S. licensed Day-Care
facility. Occupancy projected for 10/97.

adaptive reuse conversion of existing
