4. GLOVERSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY,
Gloversville, NY: DUBOIS APARTMENTS: Design and construction observation of renovations to 85 lowrise garden apartment units.

5. SCHENECTADY MUNICIPAL HOUSING AUTHORITY,
Schenectady, NY:
a. Steinmetz Homes: Design and construction observation of misc renovations to 265 units of lowrise residential units.
b. McGathan Townhouses: Design and construction observation of landscaping work and renovations to 50 units of lowrise residential units.
c. Yates Village: Design and construction observation of misc renovations to 307 units of lowrise residential units.
d. Schonowee Village: Design and construction observation of misc renovations to 204 units of lowrise senior residential units.
e. Lincoln Heights: Design and construction observation of misc renovations to 105 units of lowrise senior residential units.

a. Design and construction observation of extensive renovations to 70 units of low-rise residential housing. Construction cost: $2 million
b. Design and construction observation of energy improvement modifications to 120 unit residential senior hi-rise (ie: computerized energy management system, retro-fit insulation system, inner storm windows, etc.). Construction cost: $3 million

a. Design and Construction observation of (10) new detached 3,4,& 5 bdrm Affordable homes
b. Design and Const observation of rehab of (40) single unit homes, as part of HUD HomeOwnership Rehab Program.

8. VALE VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL REHAB PROGRAM,

Design and Construction observation of (40 ) Units in 20 gut rehab vacant homes in economically depressed Vale neighborhood for The Community Builders, Inc.. Units funded through New York State DHCR rental rehab program..

9. 2006 HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM,

Design and Const observation of gut rehab conversion of (3) two unit homes to (3)single family homes as part of HUD Home Ownership Rehab Program.
