Rehab 66 low income rental units in 7 (5 historic) low rise buildings in economically depressed neighborhoods in Cohoes New York. Project also includes New construction of LEED certified Community Center designed to blend into historic community.

Gut Rehab of 87 low income rental units in Historic former Hotel built in 1905. Design includes 100% geothermal heat and air conditioning, located under a new adjoining urban park.
